About Wendy
She planned to become a doctor. Life had a different plan.
Wendy Cooper has spent 30 years keeping people out of crisis, from corporate boardrooms to yoga studios to phone-free community events that make strangers feel like friends.
"I stopped trying to fix what was already broken. I started helping people never get there in the first place."

The Story
It started with a loss.
In her twenties, Wendy planned to become a doctor. When her father died suddenly at forty-one while in medical care, she lost faith in the "fix it once you are already sick" approach and made a different commitment: instead of treating illness in hospitals, she would devote her life to keeping people out of them.
She completed a Master's in cardiac rehabilitation and moved fully into prevention. From early corporate fitness centres to yoga and Pilates studios, to somatics, breathwork, sound, hypnotherapy and business coaching, movement has always been her medium.

"I have spent three decades learning every way a body can hold stress, and every way it can let it go."
For almost thirty years, Wendy ran a flagship corporate wellness contract alongside her private practice. When that pillar client collapsed, she did not rebuild the same model. She reimagined how she could have wider impact.
Instead of serving one company at a time, she chose to equip the people who deliver wellness, the practitioners, the studio owners, the coaches - with the business skills, pricing confidence and nervous-system capacity to build sustainable businesses of their own. And she expanded into leadership, corporate consulting and community, bringing embodiment into spaces that are usually all talk, no body.

The Journey
Thirty years of movement.
•
THE BEGINNING
Cardiac Rehab to Prevention
Master's degree in cardiac rehabilitation. A decision to focus on prevention rather than treatment. The foundation of everything that followed.
•
The Building
Studios, Clients, Corporate
Yoga and Pilates studios. Private clients. Five corporate wellness contracts. Somatics, breathwork, sound, hypnotherapy. Always learning, always moving.
•
THE BEGINNING
The Pillar Client Falls
After nearly three decades, the flagship corporate contract ended. Instead of rebuilding the same model, Wendy chose to reimagine her entire approach.
•
Now
Wider Impact
Equipping wellness professionals, leaders and communities with the tools, skills and embodied practices to create healthier systems of their own.

•
The Approach
Soul & Strategy
Wendy honours intuition, somatics and anchors every bit of it in clear plans, real numbers and next steps. Neither side dominates. That is what makes this work different.
Embodiment
Movement, breath, somatics and sound. The body is the starting point.
Business
Thirty years of hands-on experience. Pricing and systems are part of the conversation.
Belonging
Inclusive, phone-free spaces where people feel safe, seen and part of something.
Integrity
No quick fixes. Clear agreements. The willingness to say what others will not.
Keep people further away from the edge of physical and emotional breakdown.
•
The Work
Three worlds. One thread.
The same principles that help a studio owner price fairly and stop burning out can help a CEO build a more resilient culture, or a community reconnect after years of isolation.
Wellness Business Owners
Build a profitable, sustainable business without burning out.
Pricing, systems, sales and nervous-system capacity, together. So you can stop undercharging and start thriving.

The Person
Bougie and down to earth.
Wendy is based in Carmel, Indiana. She has built multiple businesses, held five corporate wellness contracts, trained hundreds of practitioners, and still teaches movement every week because it is how she stays honest with herself.
She is direct without being harsh. Warm without being soft. She will tell you the truth about your business, your pricing and your patterns, because she believes you deserve clarity more than comfort. And then she will make you breathe through it.
When she’s not working you’ll find hiking in red rock country, picking up shells on the beach, hanging out with her cats, or having the kind of conversation that starts with ‘how are you really?’ and does not accept ‘fine’ as an answer.
