Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Wendy Cooper Wellness website (wendycooperwellness.com) and any services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Wendy Cooper Wellness provides wellness business mentorship, embodied leadership coaching, corporate wellness consulting, community events, speaking and facilitation services, and related digital resources including but not limited to online programs, workshops, assessments, and downloadable materials.
All services are provided by Wendy Cooper and/or approved team members and practitioners curated by Wendy Cooper Wellness.
Program Enrollment and Payment
Applications: Some programs require an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. Wendy Cooper Wellness reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion to ensure mutual alignment between client and mentor.
Payment: Program fees are stated at the time of enrollment. Payment is due according to the terms provided at purchase, whether in full or via an approved payment plan. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
Payment plans: If you are enrolled in a payment plan and miss a scheduled payment, we will attempt to contact you. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access to program materials and services until the balance is resolved.
Refund Policy
The Thriving Wellness Business Owner (12-week program): If you decide the program is not right for you within the first 14 days of the start date, you may request a full refund minus a reasonable administration fee. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but program credit may be offered at our discretion.
Build & Sell Your Corporate Wellness Offer Suite (in-person intensive): Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a reasonable administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort, subject to availability.
Soul & Strategy Private Mentorship: The initial commitment period is non-refundable. Either party may end the engagement at the conclusion of the agreed commitment period with 30 days written notice.
The MOVEment (annual membership): Annual membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced. Members may choose not to renew at the end of their membership year.
Events and workshops: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but tickets may be transferred to another person.
Digital resources and lead magnets: Free resources are provided at no cost. No refunds apply.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, worksheets, assessments, frameworks, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Wendy Cooper Wellness and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission. Program materials are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or repurposed.

Wendy Cooper Wellness provides education, mentorship, coaching, and facilitation services. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Health disclaimer: While our programs incorporate movement, breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous-system regulation, these are educational and experiential in nature. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wendy Cooper Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, programs, or events. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously across all our services. Information shared during private mentorship sessions, group programs, and peer gatherings is confidential and should not be shared outside those spaces.
For The MOVEment and group settings: what is shared in the room stays in the room. This is a non-negotiable condition of participation.
Event Participation
Phone-free events: Unplugged Events are phone-free experiences. By attending, you agree to place your phone in the designated storage area for the duration of the event. Wendy Cooper Wellness is not responsible for lost or damaged devices.
Photography and media: Professional photography may be taken at events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event team upon arrival.
Assumption of risk: Participation in movement, breathwork, and somatic practices is voluntary. You are responsible for working within your own physical limits. Wendy Cooper Wellness is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation in events or program activities.
Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party's use of the site. Automated scraping, data mining, or similar activities are prohibited.
