How It Works
Phone-free events built for connection across generations.
Every Unplugged event is phone-optional: on arrival, you're given a mini backpack for your phone. Nobody takes it away. But once it's out of your hand, something shifts.

Facilitated storytelling across generations. Hear perspectives you'd never encounter in your usual circles.

Gentle movement, sound baths, and somatic experiences that get you out of your head and into your body.
